Holy Guacamole!
Inspiration Home Guacamole
3-4 ripe avocados
1/4 cup diced red onion
2 garlic cloves minced
1 Roma tomato diced
1-2 tbsp chopped cilantro
Juice of 1 lime
1 tbsp of your choice of salsa
1/2 tsp ground cumin
salt and pepper to taste
Peel and seed the avocado and place in a bowl. Add the lime juice, salt and pepper, and cumin. Smoosh it all together with a potato smasher. Then add all the other ingredients and stir together. Lastly, spoon it all into the cute little 'Holy Guacamole' bowl and dig in!
